Open Question: Getting into the ivy leagues?

Ok, so basically, I messed up bad in my High School years. My averages through all of my High School years was probably a 75 and I also did no extracurricular things. But what if now I go to a community college, get a 4.0 GPA throughout my two years there, do sports, volunteer work and get 2100+ SAT scores, would the 'Good' four year Universities like MIT, Yale, Stanford etc. turn a blind eye to my High School years thus making me a good candidate for acceptance?
